† Clubs may, by mutual agreement, agree to play the game on an evening prior to the set date

  • Home club in preliminary round is responsible for contacting away team to agree date and time
  • Each club must provide a competent umpire, or obtain the services of a panel umpire for each game (apart from SFs & Final)
  • Handicaps are based on the division in which the club's 1st XI plays
  • Where two sides both receive handicap starts – the scorebook should show the net difference
  • RESULT SHEETS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY BOTH CLUBS TO THE COMPETITION CO-ORDINATOR within three days of the game. There is no requirement to phone in results
