Intermediate League 2008

Due to the seriously adverse weather conditions which prevailed at the end of the 2008 season, the Champions of the York Senior League (Intermediate) Section could not be determined as scheduled, and the knock-out stage of the competition had to be held over until the beginning of the 2009 season. The two semi-final play-offs, between Ouseburn and Hull Zingari, and between York and Thirsk, eventually took place on April 19th, with Hull Zingari emerging at last as the overall champions following the final against York on 26th April.
